1. What's W-Ni-Fe Alloy Rod?
W-Ni-Fe alloy rod is tungsten heavy alloy rod composed of tungsten (W) as the main component and nickel (Ni) and iron (Fe) as binder phases. With tungsten content typically ranging from 90% to 97%, the nickel-iron binder phase improves toughness and machinability, providing a combination of high density, high strength, and good mechanical properties. The iron content provides certain magnetic response characteristics, making W-Ni-Fe alloy rod widely used in counterweights, vibration damping components, inertial control components, and high-load structural parts.
