1. What's 95WNiFe Tungsten Alloy Rod?
95WNiFe tungsten alloy rod is high density tungsten alloy rod with typical composition of approximately 95% tungsten (W), 3.5% nickel (Ni), and 1.5% iron (Fe). CTIA’s 95WNiFe tungsten alloy rod is manufactured using mature powder metallurgy process and features high density, high strength, good toughness, and excellent machinability, meeting application requirements in precision counterweights, radiation shielding, and high-end equipment.

Approximately 95% tungsten content provides a density of 18.0–18.3 g/cm³, tensile strength of up to 900–1400 MPa, and hardness of approximately 28–35 HRC for high mass concentration in space-limited applications.
